Our services are strictly limited to financial consultation, customer onboarding assistance, and submission of customer applications to partnered banks and NBFCs, based on customer authorization and consent.
All loan approvals, rejections, sanction terms, disbursement amounts, interest rates, tenure, processing fees, and repayment obligations are determined solely by the respective banks or NBFCs in accordance with their internal credit policies, risk assessment frameworks, and applicable regulatory guidelines. Once an application is submitted, the loan process is handled directly between the customer and the respective lending institution, and TMLS India Pvt Ltd has no control over or influence on the final outcome.
